We are a family kennel of Old English Sheepdogs NOBLE SPIRIT LINE where we breed Bobtails with love, care and respect.
Our dogs are an integral part of our family. We spend our free time and holidays with them, they are our love. We travel across the Czech Republic and Europe – there´s no place they wouldn´t go with us. They have all our love and care, we care about their health and well-being.
We started breeding thanks to our first Bobtail Oksford joined by the female dog Brandy.
Their fantastic interaction inspired us to to establish a kennel. Our goal is to breed healthy, balanced and loving Old English Sheepdogs who will bring joy to their new homes.
A CHILD´S DREAM NAMED BOBTAIL
As a little girl I fell in love with Maxipes Fík. This shaggy giant with big, kind eyes won my heart 100 %.
There have always been dogs in our home, first German Shepherds then medium – sized Poodles which although have intelligence very close to Bobtails.
It was 2020, the covid era and I felt the right time to fulfill my childhood dream. Our daughters Olívie and Valérie have already grown up so my husband and I started looking for.
But..get a Old English Sheepdog? Almost impossible! But the fate favored us.
OKSFORD, THE DOG WHO TRAVELLED 4 500 km for his family
Luck came in the form of breeder Ljuba Fesenko from Novosibirsk who at the time had a litter of ten puppies.
And among them was ours, the Oksford Smartay.
The journey to us was long and very demanding – along the Trans- Siberian for several days with an escort than alone by plane from Moscow to Prague…
Oksford arrived in Prague and literally turned our lives upside down. He filled our home with joy, love and unmistakable bobtail temperament. He is a born traveler who enjoys any opportunity to jump in the car and go on a road trip.
But...a Bobtail shouldn ´t be alone and so another decision was made.
THE LIFE PATH OF OKSFORD AND BRANDY
BRANDY – LADY FROM MORAVIA
This time our canine lady did not travel so far. At the dog shows, we met the breeder Nikol Hajmonová from the Agel Moravia kennel and it was clear.
Brandy a charming female with a sweet personality, has become part of our loving family. She and Oksford get along perfectly with Oksford, complement each other and form an insparable duo. She shares the joy of traveling and trips together with Oksford.
BIRTH OF A KENNEL NOBLE SPIRIT LINE
As time passed, we realized that our life with dogs was no longer just a hobby but a passion. So we decided to move on.
Brandy and Oksford have passed all the necessary health tests, medical checkups and dog shows and are both bred. Now, it was our turn to take the next big step forward.
Our kennel NOBLE SPIRIT LINE was registred under FCI on 29 September 2023.
We are looking forward to our first litter with love and pride.
A dream come true? Yes. And the best life story that we live every day.
